Overly technical or toxically enthusiatic will lose audiences, especially if they have their own audience to consider. Most teachers, salespeople and brand leaders want help figuring out how to be accurate, concise and genuine. 

My approach takes the messaging and information that is most important and uses what makes each facilitator special to make information exciting to receive and retain. We don't connect with things, we connect with PEOPLE.
